At Barklines, we’re committed to providing you with products that you and your furry friends will love. Since our products are fulfilled by a print-on-demand company, each item is made specifically for you once an order is placed. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported for incorrect sizes, colors, or if you simply change your mind.
However, your satisfaction remains our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’re here to help! Here’s how we handle such situations:
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund.
- To initiate this process, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Use the “Submit issue” form and include a clear photo that shows the issue clearly.
Refund Process
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
- Please note, if your billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
Multiple Product Issues
- If the same design affects multiple products, please provide an additional photo (or video) capturing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.
Important Notes
- Barklines will not be responsible for reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered.
- For unsuccessful deliveries, you may choose a reprint at an extra charge or a partial refund.
- For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5″ is allowed, and minor variations are not considered defects.
